Kelly graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). 

 

Prior to founding KEL LLC, Kelly was a partner at one of Singapore’s largest law firms. Kelly also worked in Tokyo as in-house counsel with one of the world’s largest apparel retail brands. Having been both a provider and a user of legal services, Kelly has a keen grasp of what clients need.

 

Kelly's expertise lies in construction, engineering, and infrastructure law. She has acted for clients in numerous construction, engineering, and infrastructure disputes (both litigation and arbitration) locally and internationally. Her clients regularly turn to her for advice and representation in adjudications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. Kelly stands out as being one of the few female lawyers who has earned a formidable reputation for herself in the highly complex and technical field of construction, engineering, and infrastructure law. 

 

Kelly's vast experience as a commercial lawyer also renders her fluent in a wide spectrum of legal work. At present, her portfolio includes not only litigation and arbitration, but also drafting and advisory work that cut across various industries such as construction, engineering, technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, environmental, and the arts.
